Customers Fault Description : No buttons or light is working ‘ I’ve changed the battery & still won’t work, I took it to my hardware store, who managed to get the red light to work , unfortunately when I got home it would not work for me,
This bed controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to a faulty oscillator. A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
