Vibradorm Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No power to the remote despite changing the batteries
This vibradorm bed remote arrived safely and on inspection one of the battery terminals was bent out of position, this was refitted correctly but the remote remained dead.
The issue was found to be due to a faulty oscillator, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
