Customer's Fault Description
As far as I can remember, originally either button would raise or lower the garage door top button failed but bottom button still worked. Now neither button works.

 

This garage door remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting a RF signal.  This was due to two issues, the main issue was the RF coil had a broken lead, this was resoldered.  The 2 buttons were replaced.
