Handicare Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : nothing working - up or down
This stairlift controller arrived safely and on testing was behaving very erratic. The control would not respond from any button press but would actuate whenever the control was waved around without a button being pressed.
This was eventually found to be a fault with a capacitor and regulator. Both were replaced which restored normal functionality.
