Customer's Fault Description
remote receiver not working,led light does not acknowledge transmitted signal from the hand set indicated by its led.I have sent the handset as well.
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was not transmitting on either button. A test remote was used to test the receiver and it was only responding on both channels. After talking to the customer it was decided to repair the remote and a replacement receiver would be required but after repairing the remote the receiver seemed to respond as per normal operation. The remote is guaranteed but if a replacement receiver is required they can be purchased from the link below
