Customer's Fault Description
Arrow right and left Buttons not working
This MOT Brake roller controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on most buttons but some were non responsive, also the LED was not illuminating.
When opened there was a large solder mass on the back of the PCB, this looked like an attampted repair at an open circuit that had not worked. The solder was remove and the print reworked, this restored all button functionality. The LED was then replaced and the remote was then fully functional.
