Customer's Fault Description
Remote was dropped and stopped working, removed cover and found battery connection off. Refitted connector and all buttons made audible noise when pushed but will not operate the the brake tester

 

This brake tester controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be beeping when pressing each button but no signal was being emmited.

The issue was due to a faulty IR led which was replaced and restored full functionality.
