Customers Fault Description : I can no longer operate the gas fire. Sometimes I can raise the heat, but then not back. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. I suspect the switches are defective.
This Bellfires controller arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing was confirmed to have no signal on the down channel.
This was due to a faulty 40 khz crystal, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
