Customer's Fault Description
It was left outside in the rain now. It won't switch on
This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.
On opening there was some corrosion present (see image) this was cleaned up but hte issue persisted.
The problem was due to a break in the ribbon connector to the button array, this was reworked which restored full functionality.
