Customer's Fault Description
The remote seems to be working, but the receiver circuit board or cables are temperamental and, ultimately don't function
This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing no signal was being emitted from the remote itself.
Also the receiver had a new battery block in that was not connected properly. This was fitted properly into position.
The handset was found to have a faulty ultrasonic transducer, this was replaced which restored normal functionality.
