Customers Fault Description : Sporadic responses to remote commands
This couch controlller arrived safely and on inspection the cable was intermittently making a connection when flexed by the remote entry point. The cable was cut back by 4 inches to bypass the breaks.
The buttons and components of the control were all tested as ok. The customer is required to test the remote upon receipt.
