Customer's Fault Description
Where the battery is supposed to fit,the housing or where the battery fits is broken.
I haven’t been able to test if it works the tv properly as we have only just purchased the house and the broken remote was left with the tv and with no battery(not able to fit)can’t test to see if the unit is okay.
This bathroom television controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing as well as one of the terminals.
The terminal was replaced and a replacement cover was fitted (we usually dont supply battery covers but luckily had one from a scrap remote)
Full functionality was restored.
Important - please note that this item is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
