Lights on the remote come on but it won’t switch the fire on
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection the case was not secures and there were signs of an attempted opening around the edge.
On adding a power source the control was found to be sending its IR signal on each button press.
The board was components checked to try to recreate a fault but no issue could be found.
This has classed this item as "no fault found"
