Customer's Fault Description
I dropped the remote by accident from height and it landed on a concrete floor below. Since then the LCD display light comes on but I can't make out anything on the screen, and can't get the fire to go on either.

 

This control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a dysfunctional display.  This was due to the display itself being faulty, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
