Customer's Fault Description
Remote not linking to fireplace, Cover comes off and button on top of remote is loose

 

This Burley remote arrived safely from Malta and on testing was confirmed to be dead. 

This was caused by two issues, the first was a faulty button and the other was a faulty red led, both were replaced which restored full functionality. (please note a green LED was fitted instead of a red due to lack of parts, this doesn't effect functionality)
