Customers Fault Description : The remote has been unreliable for a long time. Sometimes it switched on ok & the display appeared ; sometimes not. I fitted new batteries which made no difference. Currently it is not working at all. The chair functions normally using the basic controls on the chair itself - but obviously has limited programmes.
This adjustable chair remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be powering up as normal.
The device was opened to test for issues but no fault could be replicated, the remote was tested randomly over a period of a week and still no issue could be found. This has deemed this item as no fault found
