Customer's Fault Description
One remote has stopped working completely, and I had to remove most of waterproof facia to diagnose what was going wrong with it. The second remote ( as I have two body driers) also has a partial removal of the facia, but still works, but I have had to use tin foil to bridge gap between eroded solder to get the on/ off button to work. Both have essentially had steam/ water erosion from sitting in steamy bathrooms.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These body dryer controls arrived safely and on inspection the facias were badly damaged.
Functionally some buttons would not repsond, this was due to broken print traces, this was reworked which restored full functionality.
The facias couldn't be replaced and therefore a black facia was made and lacquer was used to provide some protection against water but please note these items are not full waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
