Customer's Fault Description
Shows fault code 01 Service. Obtained instructions for resetting from GROHE and taken steps up to and including register, rest button and green light flashing but screen reverts to 01 service and no audible beep as per the re-set instructions.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This shower controller arrived safely and on inspection there was a large amount of corrosion on both sides of the print (see image), this is most likely from a battery leakage.
Sadly this corrosion has eaten through various tracks of the print and due to the amount of damage a repair is not possible.
