Model : PDT KF04-433RC
Customers Fault Description : The top button works correctly to open the door but the bottom, third, button which should close the door, has stopped working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely from France and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The control was opened to check for any intermittent issues but no fault could be found.
