Not opening or closing garage door.

This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing the signal was intermittent.

When opened the battery plug had signs of corrosion and also the button was reading high in resistance.

Both were replaced which restored normal functionality.

It was also noticed that one of the "dip" switches was not in position correctly, this is used to set the correct code, therefore this was switched into position, if the remote does not talk to the receiver upon receipt please move switch numbered 10 to the opposite position and retest.
