Customers Fault Description : All functions Not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This adjustable bed controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning normally.
The item was opened to test for any issues but non could be found.
Please note that the LED on the front of the remote should not illuminate unless the battery is low, this is normal operation and does lead many people to believe that the control is faulty when it is in fact functioning normally.
The customer is requested to re-test the control with a brand new battery, failing that it may be an issue with the receiver itself.
Also there is a mode switch in the battery compartment which has two positions for people with 2 beds in the same room. As the last test (after exhausting all other options i.e. battery change), try switching this switch to its opposite position then retest the control, if this does not work then immediately put the switch back to its original position.
