The controller connects to the system but non of the button operate.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Royal motor mover controller arrived safely and on inspection the facia had signs that it had attempted to be removed as it was raised and not seated in the correct position.  The buttons were soft contact instead of the usual "clicky".

When powered on teh  battery cable was found to be faulty, this was replaced and also the facia was replaced with a spare from a dead controller (please note that the facia states that hte model is um303 not um204, this does not effect functionality)
