Rollertec PDT KF04-433RC Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Been in washing machine

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.

On opening there was a large amount of corrosion over the button array (see image), this was cleaned up but the dead issue persisted.

After a component check was made it was found that R2 was open circuit, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.

This control even though sending an RF signal has failed to function the garage, therefore the repair cost was refunded
