Customers Fault Description : Remote stopped working suddenly - in use every day. Battery corroded. Batteries changed and terminals cleaned with fine emery paper. Still not working. Did a factory reset on radio. Radio OK but remote has no effect on any button.

This DAB radio controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as normal.
The item was opened to check for issues but no fault could be replicated. This has classed this item as no fault found.
