Customers Fault Description : The hand set was working but our little dog shook it and it has stopped working but did work intermittently but has now stopped working I have changed the batteries but it still does not work
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection the LED was miss fitted, the battery cover was covered in teeth marks (sadly replacement covers are not available as spares) and the battery cable was broken
The battery lead was replaced as well as the LED which restored full functionality.
