Customers Fault Description : Further to our telephone conversation my bathroom tv remote doesn’t seem to be working at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This bathroom TV controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing its retaining lugs (this cannot be replaced as replacements are not available as spares, this can be hold on with tape)
On adding a battery and testing it was found that the control was transmitting on every button press.
No fault could be replicated.
