Customers Fault Description : meme apres avoir changé les piles,aucun effet. la petite lampe blanche temoin ne s'allume plus.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace control arrived safely from France and on inspection the case was split and the battery cover was missing (this cant be replaced as spares are not available).
On testing the control was found to be dead. This was due to a couple of breaks in the print, one by the IR Led and on by the oscillator, bot h were resoldered which restored full functionality. The case was then glued firmly back together.
