Customer's Fault Description
Ok bottom is off and remote look like is frozen it’s and it’s keep sending signal.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bose controller arrived safely and on inspection was missing its ok button.
On opening there was a large mass of sticky liquid over much of the button array that was shorting out some buttons. This was all cleaned up and a replacement front casing and button array was fitted. Full functionality was restored.
