Customers Fault Description : Not switching on to move the caravan mover. Was working last week but was tempromental I.e. having to press on/ off button twice for it to turn on and operate the mover.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.
On opening it was found that the battery cable was poorly soldered and was not properly connected to the circuit (see images). A replacement battery cable was connected properly which restored full functionality.
