Customer's Fault Description
I always used on/off, - and + buttons but now they don't work. I tried all buttons on the remote and they don't either work at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This soundbar control arrived safely and on inspection 2 of the buttons had signs of internal deterioration.
When tested, all buttons were non responsive. When opened one problem was caused by the IR LED being disconnected on one pin, this was resoldered back into place which restored functionality to most of the buttons. Replacement button caps were then fitted under the facia on the bad buttons. This restored full functionality.
