Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This TV remote arrived safely (it was actually delivered to 119 instead of our premises as the writing on the address was deciphered as a 9 instead of 4, luckily the occupants of 119 handed it to us) and on testing was found to be dead with no response on any button press.
The issue was found to be due to high resistance in the facia print tracks. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
