Can't get the remote to work - I think the red power on button might be stuck in and constantly on at the moment
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting when no button was being pressed.  On opening the control, the button array was found to be decomposing due to contamination over the print.  The print was cleaned and reworked which restored full functionality.

The battery terminals were also painted with conductive paint as they were looking like they had previously suffered from a battery leak / corrosion.
