Customers Fault Description : Dropped now rattles a bit but was working albeit intermittent
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be reattling, this was due to a small bit of plastic loose inside. This was removed.
When tested the control was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. THe control was tested for a couple of weeks but no fault could be replicated.
