Customers Fault Description : Some of the buttons on the remote are not working. In particular the RED REC and DUBBING buttons.

This Funai controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button as per normal operation (See testing video).
The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
This has classed this item as no fault found.
