Customers Fault Description : Light on the remote control is swtiching on but the ceiling fan and the light on the fan is not operating.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This ceiling fan control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press. One of the select switches in the battery compartment was not fully positioned this could "possibly" have been the reason but we cannot be sure. This item is classed as no fault found.
