Customers Fault Description : Current problem- doesn't switch on, light up or operate the movers despite fitting new Duracell battery.

This motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.
This was found to be due to a detached facia ribbon cable, this was cleaned as reseated which restored full functionality.
