Customer's Fault Description
Needed new batteries and since then the date, time and temperature do not change at all. On Saturday 19.09.2020 I set the date time and temperature, date 19.09.2020, day Saturday, time 23.40 and the temperature came up as 20c and today 21.09.2020 it is still showing the same information. If you can help do I need to take the batteries out before posting to you? Regards.

This Climapro remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a clock that would not advance.
The oscillators were replaced and then the item tested over 4 days and the time stayed to the correct time.
