Customers Fault Description : TV sound system works - can be used by manually pressing buttons on display box. Remote control does not work after batteries went flat.

This Bose controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button press as per normal operation.
The item was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
