Customer's Fault Description
Red and Black wires became detached while glueing back in the loose pads. Attempt made to reattach wires with superglue have fixed red wire in place but stripping black wire to access more wire means its now too short and its socket has glue remnants in.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bed controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cables were broken and also the button contact pads were missing (falling off).
The battery cables were replaced and new conductive pads glued properly into position, this restored full functionality.
