Customers Fault Description : Control wont switch fire on
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This control arrived safely and on inspection many of the button facia caps were cracked. On testing a couple of the buttons were non responsive. A replacement facia was ordered and on arrival fitted as well as the buttons replaced. This restored full functionality. Please note the power button must be held in order to activate the 3 buttons on the right hands of the controller (see testing video)
