Customer's Fault Description
This cordless remote is not communicating with my bed! Sometimes if I shake it it will start to work and lift the bed, but then it often won't stop the bed mechanism again.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This adjustable bed controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced as they are not available as spares)
On testing the top left 2 buttons were found to be sluggish / non responsive.
This was found to be due to work button contacts. Replacement buttons were fitted which restored full functionality. The battery cable was also replaced.
