Ultrassage Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Ultrassage

Customers Fault Description : This cordless remote is not communicating with my bed! Sometimes if I shake it it will start to work and lift the bed, but then it often won't stop the bed mechanism again.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This adjustable bed controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced as they are not available as spares)

On testing the top left 2 buttons were found to be sluggish / non responsive.

This was found to be due to work button contacts.  Replacement buttons were fitted which restored full functionality.  The battery cable was also replaced.
