BSSB Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Charger port fallen off
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This BSSB remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a detached power port.
The port was refitted and reinforced using hotmelt glue. The remote now power ups as per normal operation.
The battery doesn't seem to hold much charge, the customer is to charge the control on arrival and test the battery operation, it may be possible that a replacement rechargeable battery is required.
