Customer's Fault Description
The up button is not working. It feels like it has collapsed through over use. The LED lights up with the down button but not the up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing the up button was responding but was intermittent. The up button was replaced and when retested responded every time when pressed in conjunction with the bottom left "safety button" (see testing video).
