Customers Fault Description : not working at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This SIT remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was found to be broken and held on by tape (this cannot be replaced as they are not available as spares)
The battery cable was broken, a replacement cable was fitted and then the button were found to be faulty. All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
