Customers Fault Description : 3 OF THE BUTTONS ON THE THE REMOTE CONTROL ARE FAULTY, THEY DONT TRANSMIT TO THE FIRE. 1 IS IFFY TOO

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non functioning / sluggish buttons. All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
