We ship repaired remotes back using reliable tracked services; please find your zone below for the applicable return postage cost. In the event your item cannot be repaired, we offer a complimentary disposal service upon request, meaning no charges will be incurred.

UK returns are shipped via a 24-hour tracked service (delivery aim is 24 hours on weekdays, excluding Saturdays and Sundays). International services are tracked.
