How We Ship
UK — 24-Hour Tracked
All UK returns are sent via a 24-hour tracked delivery service. Delivery aim is next working day (weekdays only, excluding Saturdays and Sundays). You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
International — Tracked Delivery
All international returns are sent via a fully tracked international service. Tracking is provided for every shipment so you can monitor delivery progress to your country. Delivery times vary by destination.

Same-Day Dispatch
We understand you want your repaired remote control back as soon as possible. Repairs that are paid for before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day. This means UK customers can often receive their repaired remote the very next working day.
How We Pack & Ship
Every repaired remote control is carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. UK parcels are sent via 24-hour tracked delivery with a next-working-day delivery aim (weekdays only). International parcels are sent via a fully tracked international service with end-to-end tracking provided for every shipment.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We're committed to reducing waste and doing our bit for the environment. Wherever possible, we carefully reuse the packaging you send your remote control in — wrapping your item in its original parcel and then placing it inside our own outer packaging. This gives your repaired remote an extra layer of protective padding for the journey home, while cutting down on unnecessary packaging materials.
By reusing what's already available and only adding what's needed, we keep packaging waste to a minimum without ever compromising on the safe delivery of your repair. It's a small step, but we believe every effort counts when it comes to looking after the planet.
Tracking Your Parcel
Every return shipment — whether UK or international — includes a unique tracking number. You will be notified once your repaired remote has been dispatched, along with tracking details so you can follow your parcel from our workshop to your door.
International Shipping
We ship repaired remote controls to customers worldwide using tracked international delivery services. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but all international shipments are fully trackable. Please note that items shipped outside the UK may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside our control.
No Repair, No Charge
If we are unable to repair your remote control, you won't be charged for the repair or return shipping. We offer a complimentary disposal service for items that cannot be fixed, so there is no cost to you whatsoever. Alternatively, we can return the unrepaired item at cost if you prefer.
