Yes, we provide a full 12-month guarantee on all our repair work under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your repaired remote control develops the same fault within the guarantee period, we will re-repair it free of charge.

If an item cannot be repaired and is to be returned, payment can be made for the return shipping. Return shipping costs are additional and vary by location: UK £6.00 (24-hour tracked), Europe £12.00, World Zone 1 £15.00, and World Zone 2 £17.00.

All bookings remain valid for a period of 6 months from the date the booking is recorded in our system.

Provided that the return address and contact details remain unchanged, you may proceed with sending the item within this 6-month period.

If no item is received within 6 months of the booking date, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and all associated records will be deleted from our system.

Remote control repairs are completed within 1 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) from when we receive your item. Most repairs are completed at the lower end of this timescale, but during peak repair times it can take 1 to 5 working days. You will receive updates throughout the repair process, and we use tracked shipping services to ensure fast, secure return delivery.

If we determine that your remote control cannot be economically repaired, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options. We offer a complimentary WEEE-compliant disposal service for unrepairable items, meaning you will not be charged for the repair. You can choose to have your item returned (return shipping charges apply) or disposed of responsibly at no charge. Please note: we do not supply replacement items for unrepairable remotes.

Booking a repair is simple: visit our booking page, fill in your details and describe the fault, then carefully package your remote and send it to our repair center. We recommend using a tracked postal service for your peace of mind. Once we receive your remote, we will assess it and begin the repair process, keeping you updated throughout. Please ensure your remote is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We do not perform cosmetic repairs, such as replacing cases due to the lack of spare cases. Our expertise lies in resolving electronic issues.

While I understand the frustration of a malfunctioning car key fob, unfortunately, We do not offer repair services for them directly. They are highly specific electronic devices, and their repair often requires specialized tools and diagnostic equipment that I do not have.

In most cases we can replace the cable, please note that we fit straight cables in place of any curly cables as we cannot get the curly kind.
