Dometic Heki 4 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Battery contacts corrosion

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This skylight remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have badly corroded battery terminals.  The terminals were replaced and then it was found that 2 buttons were faulty, they were replaced which restored full functionality.

A set of AAA batteries have been supplied fitted on return.
