Customer's Fault Description
Two buttons on the remote are not working or intermittent working. The Botton arrow pointing down is not working at all and the button to the right of the down arrow, seems to work intermittently. I have identified these buttons on the handset.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have 2 non responding buttons.
This was due to corrosion in the print due to contamination (see image). The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
