Customer's Fault Description
Remote control unit required heavy pressure of combined 'OFF' and 'Stand By' buttons to get remote to work. Has now stopped working completely - red LED which indicates it's working does not come on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish / non responding buttons.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive button contacts were fitted on each button which restored full functionality (see testing video )
Two AAA batteries were supplied fitted on return.
